Job Description:
  1. Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
  2. Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  3. Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  4. Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to boost the database
Qualifications:
  1. Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in any field
  2. Good command of the English language
  3. Ability to speak one or more European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, etc.)
  4. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  5. Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable
  6. Fresh graduates / entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  9. Willing to work in day or night shifts
  10. Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
  11. Experience in Customer Service
