Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients.

• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support in a professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow standard procedures and company policies.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is a must.

• Good command of English for internal communication.
