Job summary

PT Indonesia Equipment Centre is offering a Customer Service Representative Internship to support the existing CS team with routine administrative tasks, order documentation, and data maintenance.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields, and requires good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, along with solid data-entry and record-keeping abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in administration, management, business or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good data entry and document management skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to coordinate with internal teams.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Order Administration: routine data entry and updates under staff instructions.
• Data Maintenance: update order status and delivery information; maintain records.
• Operational Support: assist with follow-ups and document collection; report outstanding items.
