Teleperformance Indonesia Customer Service Consultant with Nurse background for Our Bali Site.
Qualification:
Graduate in nursing or any related fields with minimum diploma or bachelor, with minimum GPA 2.75.
English skills is a must (minimum C1/C2).
Willing to work in shifting schedule.
Cooperate with the implementation of project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote the achievement of KPI.
Highly sensitive to customer complaints, able to anticipate and properly handle unexpected situations.
Willing to be placed in Bali, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
Managing large volumes of inbound (and on occasion, outbound) calls in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide assistance to Patients, Health Professionals, and others contacting the business by telephone: May provide direct assistance or take messages and direct calls to the appropriate party.
Provide quality customer service at all times.
Encourage a customer service focus in all members of staff.
