Job description

Teleperformance Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Consultant with a Nurse background for our Bali site.

Qualification:
  • Graduate in nursing or related fields with a minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree, and a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Proficient in English (minimum C1/C2).
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Ability to cooperate with project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote achievement of KPIs.
  • Highly sensitive to customer complaints, able to anticipate and handle unexpected situations effectively.
  • Willing to be placed in Bali, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage large volumes of inbound (and occasionally outbound) calls in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Assist Patients, Health Professionals, and others contacting the business by telephone; may provide direct assistance, take messages, or direct calls to the appropriate party.
  3. Provide quality customer service at all times.
  4. Encourage a customer service focus among all staff members.
