Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Handling all inbound calls, over-the-counter requests pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and Customer Satisfaction Survey;
2. Providing friendly and efficient services to guests and visitors in the mall;
3. Managing Lost & Found cases;
4. Assisting in the execution of mall’s promotions and events;
5. Supporting marketing campaigns and redemption of vouchers/merchandise;
6. Distributing circulars to in-house tenants;
7. Assisting in any other ad-hoc assignments from superiors;
8. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Job Requirements

• Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage;
• Well-groomed and have a pleasant personality;
• Computer literacy and knowledge of PC applications.
