Job summary

A technology company in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role involves acting as the initial point of customer contact, managing complaints, providing advice, and assisting with process navigation. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and is fluent in both English and Bahasa. This position is open to fresh graduates and may require extra working hours during holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Company Representative: Act as the first point of contact for any customer who has questions or issues with the product or the service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer complaints regarding the product or service and verify after whether the issue has been solved or not.
  • Provide Solutions: Provide advice/solutions on how to navigate the product or service.
  • Navigation: Help directing customer from registration process, payment process and posting.
  • B. Analyst (Data-related responsibilities):
  • Data Collection: Gather data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Create a report and/or presentation to summarize findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand the data that they need to develop strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify the solutions for the findings/issues that need to be improved.
Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelor Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing and/or equivalent.
  • Have 1 year of experience in the same position; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have a strong Communication skill.
  • Have a strong Analytical thinking and skill.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
  • Willing to work extra hours (holiday).
