Job summary
A technology company in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role involves acting as the initial point of customer contact, managing complaints, providing advice, and assisting with process navigation. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and is fluent in both English and Bahasa. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers with questions or issues.
- Handle customer complaints and verify resolutions.
- Provide advice and solutions for navigating the product/service.
- Assist customers through registration and payment processes.
- Gather data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create reports to summarize findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams for strategy development.
- Identify solutions for issues needing improvement.

Responsibilities
- Company Representative: Act as the first point of contact for any customer who has questions or issues with the product or the service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer complaints regarding the product or service and verify after whether the issue has been solved or not.
- Provide Solutions: Provide advice/solutions on how to navigate the product or service.
- Navigation: Help directing customer from registration process, payment process and posting.
- B. Analyst (Data-related responsibilities):
- Data Collection: Gather data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Create a report and/or presentation to summarize findings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand the data that they need to develop strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify the solutions for the findings/issues that need to be improved.
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing and/or equivalent.
- Have 1 year of experience in the same position; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have a strong Communication skill.
- Have a strong Analytical thinking and skill.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- Willing to work extra hours (holiday).
