About the Job

The role involves representing the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, and solving problems efficiently.

Job Desc:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries, Requests and Complaints
  • Resolving Customer Complaints and Issues
  • Processing Customers Orders (refund request)
  • Recording Customer Interactions
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams. Work closely with other teams (such as finance operation, etc.) to resolve issues that require cross-functional collaboration
  • Following Company Procedures and Policies.
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policies when providing services to customers and Participate in training and updates provided by the company to enhance performance and knowledge about products/services

Requirements :

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or higher.
  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is preferred, min 1 year experience in customer service area
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, polite, and professional style.
  • Active listening skills and empathy towards customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under time constraints.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using related software (e.g., customer relationship management systems, CRM).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, or public holidays if necessary.
  • Willing to be placed at ITC - BSD on Shifting basis (WFO).
