Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service, who could provide assistance to solve customer’s queries and work on problems of moderate scope. To succeed in this role, you should be organized, self motivated, and empathetic with excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s feedback, enquiries, complaints & requests that comes through the company's various communication channels. This also include and not limited to handling customer through a hotline center service/call or walk-in
  • Handling issues and resolve complaints concern in an accurate, timely, empathetic and professional manner, as required by Management while ensuring highest quality levels met and follow up to ensure resolution for the best customer experience
  • Review relevant customer feedback & complaints with Manager and/or with appropriate divisions where necessary without dropping-the-ball on customer follow-ups
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., technical support, logistics, sales) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication skills & customer-oriented with good interpersonal skill, a mature team player, have a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn. Also, able to build relationships and facilitate discussions
  • Have good logical thinking and proactive to problem-solving
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD
