Customer Service

Job Responsibilities

1. Have good knowledge about the company's products or services to guide customers towards making a purchase.
2. Communicate with customers via online networks and chat to promote sales.
3. Respond to inquiries through telephone and internet; handle orders via website and phone.
4. Manage and update the company's online platforms such as Shoppe, Lazada, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
5. Arrange shipping and classify logistics deliveries to ensure all orders are in order.
6. Record shipping orders accurately.
7. Handle customer orders, payments, and follow up on logistics status.
8. Address customer complaints, feedback, and manage returns and exchanges.
9. Identify potential customers and agents.
10. Support the Marketing team with ideas and discussions on sales planning and offers.
11. Monitor network promotion layouts to ensure customers can easily view the latest promotions and products.
12. Achieve group sales targets.
13. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.
2. Proficient in computer skills.
3. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
6. Willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
