Overview
We are a printing and packaging company looking for suitable candidate(s) to join us as Customer Service. The candidate(s) must be able to carry out the following duties:
Responsibilities
- Liaise and follow up on customer requests promptly.
- Develop new projects, coordinate and relay messages clearly to the relevant department.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality as expected.
- Follow up orders from customers, issue job sheets and ensure necessary materials are in place.
- Escalate to higher management if a deadline may fall behind.
- Ensure mass production is On Time In Full and delivered to customers on time.
- Follow up on payment.
- Assist with day-to-day operations as requested by the GM and participate in ad-hoc activities (e.g., compliance assessment, updating factory information).
- Assist the GM for day-to-day operations; be resourceful and willing to engage with government authorities when the GM is absent.
Qualifications
- Able to read and write English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Character and approach: willing to learn wholeheartedly, pick up tasks quickly, able to withstand pressure, have a can-do attitude, open-minded, and self-motivated.
- Experience level: How many years of experience do you have in a Customer Service role?
