Job Description
- Handle customer needs related to exim processes and quotations.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (commercial, operational, customs, finance).
- Perform customer service activities, including reviewing draft AWB/House BL from agents and preparing all related documents for air freight exim activities.
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and phone, resolving issues as needed.
- Monitor customer payments.
- Ensure all exim processes run smoothly.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service in a Forwarder, Logistics, or Shipping Line business.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Placement in Semarang, Central Java.
- Willing to work on Saturdays.
