A leading company in the pipes industry seeks a Sales Coordinator to manage customer orders, coordinate with internal departments, and enhance customer relationships. This position offers an engaging role in ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service, based in Cikarang. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing and have strong communication skills.
-Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely entry into the system.
-Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and sales contracts.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of pipes and related products.
- Track orders and provide customers with regular updates on their delivery status.
Maintain and update customer price lists, discounts, and payment terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
-Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
-Provide technical and product-related support to customers, ensuring they select the appropriate pipe solutions for their needs.
-Address customer issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the sales manager.
-Build strong relationships with existing and new customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Maintain customer databases, ensuring all transactions, contracts, and agreements are properly recorded.
-Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasting data for the sales team and management.
-Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
-Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams to manage customer demand.
Coordination with Internal Departments
-Work closely with the production team to ensure manufacturing schedules align with customer requirements.
-Coordinate with logistics to manage dispatch schedules and delivery tracking.
-Collaborate with finance and accounts to follow up on payments, credit approvals, and billing issues.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degreein Business Management or Marketing
Required language(s):English both oral and verbal
At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): MS Office
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Establish good communication with customers and vendors.
Cooperating across Department.
Able to work with logic in determining to budgeting warehouse services.
Willing to follow recruitment process and working in Cikarang
