Antarestar is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Supervisor in Bekasi to lead CRM strategy, customer segmentation, and marketing automation to boost loyalty and revenue.

You will oversee campaign execution across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS, coach the CRM team, and analyze performance data for strategic reporting. You’ll coordinate with Ads, Creative, and Marketplace teams to optimize retention programs and lifelong value.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in CRM/Digital Marketing.
• Prior team lead experience is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Experience in Retail/E-commerce is a plus.
• Understanding of performance ads integration is a plus.
