Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Staff to join our team at BIOTA Smart Home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and loyalty, utilizing our CRM system to track interactions and analyze data to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including data maintenance, customer interactions maintenance, and reporting.
  • Utilize CRM software to analyze customer data, understand trends, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze data to improve service offerings.
  • Train and support staff in the effective use of the CRM system and related processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM or customer service roles.
  • Proficient in CRM software tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication sales mindset, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
