They offer services such as foreign exchange, futures index, commodities, CFD, market information access, and guidance for successful trading and investing.

Role Description

This is an internship role for a Customer Relation position located in South Jakarta. The Customer Relation Intern will be responsible for customer retention, satisfaction, communication, customer support, and service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
