Job Description :

1.Handle calls and respond to texts/emails from local and international customer in a professional manner

2.Regularly communicate with clients and business partner (vendors)

3.Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

4.Work towards increasing the number of clients

5.Clearly explain trip or rental car packages to potential clients

6.Provide clients with all necessary information before their trips

7.Build and maintain a positive image of the company for consumers

8.Collaborate with Finance for invoicing

9.Work with the team to record client data, including transaction history and personal details.

10. Coordinate with Driver for preparation, including forwarding participant data to the field team.

Qualifications :

  • D3 or S1 degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or other relevan disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Excellent personality, attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Customer service skills are a plus
  • Strong administrative, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
