Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with aksoro customers. They will use their analytical and communication skills to gather information, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective engagement ideas to customers. They will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged aksoro customer base.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to aksoro customers.
  • Facilitate discussions, organize events, and create content that promotes aksoro products to encourage member/customer interaction.
  • Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives.
  • Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Care, Community Specialist, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Focused on delivering tangible results and continuously seeking ways to improve performance.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be a plus.
  • Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO).
