Experience in Customer Relations, preferably in Healthcare / Bank sector min 2 years (Having a certificate in customer service or customer relations can be a plus)
Experience in interacting with clients or customers directly
Experience in handling and resolving customers complaint or problem quickly and effectively
Has Extensive knowledge in Ms Office and CRM Tools
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Willing to work on public holiday with shifty working hours
Handling and Maintain end to end customer journey and customer experience
Greet patients in a friendly manner and ensure they feel appreciated
Respond to patient inquiries with clear and accurate information regarding clinic service, doctor schedules, medical procedures and costs
Ensure patients are satisfied with their service experience both in clinic/online and conduct surveys or ask for patient feedback to improve service quality
