Customer Operations Specialist (Full Remote, Fluent in English is required)

Maintaining records and accurate data input.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Operations. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)

Fluency in English (Speaking & Writing).

Attention to detail: A strong focus on detail and a results-driven approach.

Communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to understand issues and convey solutions.
