Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Sales.
  • FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Advertising / Commerce / Communication.
  • Digital knowledge, Data Analytics Tools, Up to date with latest trend.
  • English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, create and implement trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns across retail channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Track and report on promotional campaign performance, providing optimization suggestions.
  • Coordinate point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and in-store marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of in-store activations, recommending improvements.
  • Conduct market research on trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Gather insights from sales teams and retail partners to refine marketing strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to improve the next activities plan
  • Track budget spending and report discrepancies or potential overspending.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for seamless trade strategy execution.
  • Align promotional activities with sales goals in collaboration with the sales team.
