To execute market research execution which focuses on customer landscape, starting from deciphering needs, conducting analysis, and communicating results, in order to provide insights and knowledge for informed decision making.
Job Accountabilities
- Support interpretation of market research requirements and briefs from internal marketing teams for customer insight.
- Support analysis and interpretation of customer behavior patterns using statistical and analytical methods, techniques, and complementary tools to gain insights or support factors for decision making from market research results.
- Execute the development of robust survey designs, questionnaires, and discussion guides that address pivotal questions in order to maintain competitiveness and awareness of customers' needs.
- Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to manage fieldwork and execute market research studies focusing on customers.
- Compile periodic reports from market research results as the basis of analysis and guidance for commercial segment sales and marketing performance.
- Responsible for understanding and implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
