Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible, honest, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn about mobile phones, computer accessories, and related products.
• Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling products, stock, and transactions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Available to start working in October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
