Ideal Candidate:

• Native speaker of Dutch.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude.

• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
