Job description

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Process incoming payments and accurately apply them to customer accounts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts receivable transactions.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Monitor and report on key AR metrics, including days sales outstanding (DSO).
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service area/Customer experience/Store Management
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, ability in using Ms. Excel formulas is preferred.
  • Able to handling complaints and provide feedback for customers/clients or has problem-solving skills.
  • Understand how customer service works at a detailed level
  • Prior experience in Fulfillment and operations/Customer Service in Warehouse/Ecommerce
  • Willing to accept the shift system and work on holidays.
