Job Description
  • Conduct direct surveys with Commercial Banking customers according to the established criteria.
  • Be responsible for follow-up on the resolution of complaints from Commercial Banking customers.
  • Identify and prioritize feedback from customers and establish an action plan based on that feedback.
  • Be the primary contact and responsible for Commercial Banking projects as well as cross-unit projects that directly impact customers and frontliners
Job Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Min. 3 years of experience as Customer Experience Specialist in banking industry. Preferably experienced in the improvement process
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skill with customer.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skill.
