Asuransi Astra seeks a Customer Experience Development Analyst to evaluate and enhance customer service processes. The role involves analyzing customer insights and creating culture programs that align with company values. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the service industry, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Customer Experience Development Analyst, or in Asuransi Astra called Service Development Analyst, will be responsible for evaluating existing processes, developing, and implementing processes, knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes of frontliners in Asuransi Astra. They will also analyze customer insights and propose, conceptualize, and create programs for customer/services culture activities, such as service standards and service behavior, based on customer insights that align with Asuransi Astra's Culture & Values.
