Asuransi Astra seeks a Customer Experience Development Analyst to enhance service standards and behavior through analysis of customer insights. This role requires creativity in developing programs that align with the company's culture and core values, focusing on improving frontline service delivery.
Customer Experience Development Analyst or in Asuransi Astra it is called Service Development Analyst will be responsible to evaluate (existing processes), develop, and implement processes, knowlege, skills, abilities, and attitudes of frontliners in Asuransi Astra. They also will analyze (to get Customer Insight), then propose and create programs for services culture activities (such as service standards/standar layanan and service behaviour) based on Customer Insight that in line with Asuransi Astra Culture & Value.
Minimum Qualifications
