A leading insurance company is seeking a Customer Experience Development Analyst to evaluate processes and enhance service culture. You will analyze customer insights to create programs and develop frontliners' skills. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in the services industry, and strong analytical and communication skills. Placement is at the Head Office in Jakarta.
Customer Experience Development Analyst or in Asuransi Astra it is called Service Development Analyst will be responsible to evaluate existing processes, develop, and implement processes, knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes of frontliners in Asuransi Astra. They also will analyze to get Customer Insight, then propose, conceptualize, & create programs for customer/services culture activities (such as service standards and service behaviour) based on Customer Insight that in line with Asuransi Astra Culture & Value.
