Job Description :

1. Achieve the sales target
2. Identify prospective customers and potential markets
3. Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales programs and pipelines
4. Present and sell pest control services to residential customers
5. Survey new or existing residential customers
6. Prepare proposals for customers
7. Negotiate with customers
8. Draft and finalize service contracts and agreements
9. Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
2. Have at least 1 year of experience in sales; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Be ready to handle customer complaints and be result-oriented
4. Possess a valid driving license (A/C) is a MUST
