Job Purpose

Develop UFS Business through Trade and Horeca channels by collaborating with operators & distributors to achieve UFS targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Learn and leverage culinary skills to create demand and provide solutions using Unilever Food Solutions products.
  2. Develop Horeca Channel by creating demand among potential hotel, restaurant, and catering operators.
  3. Ensure product distribution aligns with company strategy.
  4. Manage and ensure distributor performance in the assigned area, maintaining good service levels.
  5. Develop Trade Channel by ensuring product visibility and increasing SKU/outlet coverage.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
  • Willing to be placed across various regions in Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; culinary background is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG.
  • Experience managing distributors, B2B, Horeca, and trade strategies.
Skills
  • Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership
  • Ability to lead teams and negotiate effectively.
