Job Description:

• Achieve the sales target
• Identify prospective customers and the potential market
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly programs and sales pipeline
• Conduct presentations and sales about pest control services to residential customers
• Survey new or existing residential customers
• Prepare proposals for customers
• Negotiate with customers
• Draft agreement contracts and service agreements for customers
• Build strong relationships with customers

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the related field
• Required skills: marketing, communication, negotiation.
• Ready to handle customer complaints and result-oriented
• Having a driving license (A/C) is a MUST
