Job Description

1. Achieve sales targets.
2. Identify prospective customers and potential markets.
3. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales programs and pipelines.
4. Present and sell pest control services to commercial customers.
5. Survey new or existing commercial customers.
6. Prepare proposals for customers.
7. Negotiate with customers.
8. Create agreement and service contracts with customers.
9. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
2. Have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
3. Required skills: marketing, communication, negotiation, MS Office.
4. Be prepared to handle customer complaints and be result-oriented.
5. Hold a driving license A or C; having license A is preferred.
