Job Purpose

Develop Unilever Food Solutions' business through Trade and Horeca channels by collaborating with operators and distributors to meet UFS targets.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Learn and leverage culinary skills to create demand and provide solutions with Unilever Food Solutions products.
  2. Develop the Horeca channel by creating demand among potential hotel, restaurant, and catering operators.
  3. Ensure product distribution aligns with company strategy and penetrate the market effectively.
  4. Manage and support distributors to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  5. Expand presence in trade channels by increasing SKU/outlet penetration and visibility.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualifications

  • Open to placements across Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; culinary background is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant FMCG sales experience, particularly in managing distributors, B2B, Horeca, and go-to-market strategies.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
  • Initiative, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership

  • Ability to lead teams effectively and negotiate successfully.
