Customer Care Supervisor/Asst Manager (Supply Chain)

Having experience minimum of 3 years in industry (chemical/manufacture)

Required language: Mandarin (will be advantage), English is MUST

Required skills: Excellent verbal and written communications, problem solver, good leadership

Required Microsoft skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in related majors

Communicative and able to work as a team, able to work under pressure.

Fast learner and proactive

Analytical thinking & understanding main details required to solve duties and certain problems

Job Descriptions:

  • Receive and process orders
  • Follow up on shipment status with relevant departments
  • Update customers regarding order status and delivery
  • Arrange and follow up on Delivery Orders (DO) for delivery to customers
  • Compile all data required for billing purposes
  • Control stock (including consignment)
  • Calculate product costs to determine selling prices to customers
  • Create and send quotations to customers and follow up to convert them into Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Sourcing products for new materials
  • Handle all administrative tasks required by customers
