Job Description:
  1. Receiving, recording, and documenting all customer complaints and information.
  2. Implementing existing Customer Care programs.
  3. Building good relationships with headquarters and customers.
  4. Inputting data into systems for all complaints, inquiries, and customer information received through the Contact Center and distributing it to branches.
  5. Ensuring all complaints are handled according to SOPs.
  6. Actively providing information to relevant departments regarding customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 degree in any major.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer care.
  • Willing to be stationed in Cilandak, Jakarta.
