Customer Care Associate (Night Shift) 3-months contract

Purpose of Role

The Customer Care Associate (Night Shift) ensures Bobobox guests and customers receive excellent service during the evening and late hours. This role handles guest inquiries, resolves issues promptly, and provides seamless support outside standard business hours. Additionally, the role contributes to operational improvements by identifying common after-hours guest needs and collaborating on initiatives to enhance the night shift customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Handle guest inquiries through chat and email, covering all aspects of the guest experience across Bobopod, Bobocabin, and other Bobobox products.
  • Resolve issues independently within shift hours, ensuring proper follow-up and seamless service during the night shift.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service by adhering to established standards and policies.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues according to guidelines, and escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
  • Manage assigned night-shift tasks such as internal projects, administrative duties, and reporting responsibilities.
  • Ensure efficient time management to complete these tasks within shift hours, while providing insights and supporting improvements based on night-shift findings.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or customer-facing role (e.g., front office, call center, guest services).
  • Possess a background or experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel, travel, accommodation services) — strongly preferred.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work independently and make sound decisions during off-peak hours.
  • Are willing to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Are familiar with hospitality technology and customer service platforms (preferred).
