Responsibilities

• Research global and local math curricula to identify best practices.
• Design and develop age-appropriate, engaging math curriculum for ages 3–6 and 7–12.
• Create lesson plans, materials, and teaching strategies tailored to developmental needs.
• Train and support teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Regularly update and improve curriculum based on feedback and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure program success.
• Eventually take part in academic operations (teacher performance, scheduling, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Education, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 3 years experience in curriculum development or teaching math to children.
• Strong understanding of child development and early math pedagogy.
• Familiar with approaches like Singapore Math, Montessori, or similar.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.
• Open to innovation and educational trends.
