Job summary

Sekolah Kristen Calvin is seeking a Curriculum Development Advisor to enhance the school’s curriculum and instructional programs in line with its vision and values. You will lead curriculum development, provide teacher guidance, and ensure alignment with national standards and school policy.

You will analyze student outcomes, design professional development, and collaborate across teams to promote high-quality education and faith-integrated learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, or related field is required or welcomed with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in curriculum development is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian National Curriculum and current educational practices.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in educational technology to support teaching and learning.
• Understanding of integrating Christian faith into curriculum and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate the school curriculum and instructional programs in alignment with the school's vision, mission, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate the school curriculum and instructional programs in alignment with the school's vision, mission, and quality standards
