Job summary

Kinderfield-Highfield School Indonesia Head Office is seeking a PDD Officer of Economics/Business for the Secondary level to design and oversee the Economics/Business curriculum, develop syllabi, and prepare comprehensive teaching materials for the Secondary program.

The role includes coordinating professional development for teachers, aligning with Cambridge A Level and IGCSE standards, and managing curriculum updates while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced school environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Economics/Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years teaching Economics/Business at schools.
• Max age 40.
• Strong economics/business knowledge for secondary students.
• Able to design syllabus, lesson plans, year/semester plans, worksheets and exams.
• Ability to transfer curriculum knowledge in meetings/trainings for teachers.
• Familiar with Cambridge A Level & IGCSE standards.
• Knowledge of diverse engagement, instruction, and assessment strategies.
• Willing to adapt to change and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design Learning Program/Curriculum for Economics/Business of Highfield School and its affiliation.
• Make Syllabus, Lesson Plan, Yearly & Semester Plan, Worksheet, Exam Paper, and other teaching materials.
• Evaluate the Program/Curriculum regularly.
• Observe classes regularly to see the implementation of the curriculum.
• Update and revise the Program/Curriculum regularly.
• Give regular professional development and/or curriculum update to teachers.
• Communicate changes in program/curriculum to teachers.
• Communicate changes and updates to teachers and conduct trainings regarding the updates.
• Administrative works (Routine reports, documentation, files and folders uploads via Google Drive, etc.).
