Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute engagement events and initiatives (e.g., town halls, employee gatherings, team-building, cultural celebrations) aligned with company values and culture.
  • Support the implementation of company culture through creative and impactful engagement activities across multiple touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, leadership, regional teams) and external vendors to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end, including budgeting, venue setup, program flow, communications, and post-event evaluation.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies (announcements, campaigns, and digital content) to boost awareness and participation.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from events and engagement activities to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Track and report engagement metrics, providing insights to leadership on participation, impact, and areas of opportunity.
  • Ensure alignment of engagement initiatives with overall company culture and employee experience strategy.
  • Support other ad-hoc engagement projects as required.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in event planning, employee engagement, corporate communications, or related fields (experience in tech, e-commerce, FMCG, or consulting is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated creativity and passion for building positive workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and feedback interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, survey platforms, project trackers).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility.
