Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Design and suggest programs to internalize company values and culture to support employee productivity.
  2. Ensure culture internalization programs and activities are aligned with company objectives.
  3. Build and maintain a positive reputation and corporate image to strengthen employer branding.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement culture and branding initiatives effectively across departments.
  5. Create engaging content and campaigns for internal and external communication channels to promote company culture and employer brand.
  6. Support talent attraction strategies by positioning the company as an employer of choice.
  7. Organize and manage internal events that reflect company values and foster employee engagement.
  8. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  9. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in related fields
  • Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
  • Strong data analytical, creative, good communication skills, logical & critical thinking; resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and change management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
