Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a dedicated orders and deliveries professional in Jakarta to manage end-to-end order execution for products and services, ensuring 100% clarification final checks and timely delivery. The role spans order, transport, and return management, coordinating with stakeholders and logistics partners to optimize supply chain flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics/ Operations Management.
• Corresponding work experience within relevant areas. Logistics and Supply chain knowledge, good verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Determine how, when and from where items will be delivered to meet customer requirements; register and verify orders; ensure material requirements are generated; monitor orders and confirmations; assign products to network activities; analyze change requests; ensure outbound deliveries are ready for transportation.
• Transport Management: Optimize transport based on predefined choices and lead times; ensure shipments are executed as planned from LSP confirmation to delivery; process invoices/credit notes related to PO and Non-PO.
• Return Management: Create/register CSR; determine return scenarios; decide to authorize or reject CSR; manage flow of receiving faulty/excess material; execute return materials to source; initiate repair orders.

About this opportunity: Ericsson is looking for the next order and delivery superstar who is responsible for order management and accountable for 100% clarification final check, monitoring and delivering orders according to sales order/project requirements for all products and services. The job role covers responsibilities within order execution for sales order and project deliveries, return and transportation. All to choose an efficient execution of the supply chain to optimize management and control in order and return flows.

What you will do:

1. Order Management
   • -Determine how, when and from where the required items will be delivered in order to meet customer requirement in a cost-efficient way.
   • - Register the incoming internal order and verify it to ensure that clarified order is booked.
   • - Ensure material requirements are generated to fulfil customer requests.
   • - Monitor the order to ensure all line items are confirmed, the order is acknowledged in a timely manner and ensure that it meets customer/project requirement.
   • - Assign products to network activities, ensure requirements are triggered and manage material availability confirmation.
   • - Analyze and cater to the change request from stakeholders.
   • - Ensure that outbound deliveries are ready for transportation in alignment with order acknowledgement and/or call-off request.
2. Transport Management
   • - Optimize transport based on predefined choices and lead time requirement.
   • - Secure that shipments are executed as planned. From Logistic Service Provider (LSP) confirmation until physical goods delivery and Transport Service purchase order creation.
   • -The processing of invoices/credit notes related to PO and Non-PO and prepare the invoices/credit notes for payment.
3. Return Management
   • - Create/register a Customer Service Request (CSR) Determine how and where to return.
   • - Select scenario and take decision to authorize or reject Customer Service Request (CSR)Determine how and where to return.
   • - Manage and control the flow of receiving faulty/excess material.
   • - Execution of return materials to the source as per Return Materials Authorization Instruction.
   • - Execution of repair order to initiate the repair work.
