Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an order and delivery professional to manage orders and project deliveries across products and services in Indonesia. You will ensure accurate order finalization, material availability, and timely fulfillment while coordinating transport, returns, and invoicing tasks within a complex supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related fields, solid logistics experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or logistics/operations management.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain with strong English communication.
• Good verbal and written English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from registration to delivery according to customer/project requirements.
• Determine how, when and from where items will be delivered cost‑efficiently.
• Register incoming internal orders and verify clarified orders.
• Ensure material requirements are generated to fulfill requests.
• Monitor orders to ensure items are confirmed and acknowledged timely.
• Coordinate transport and outbound deliveries with LSP and PO creation.
• Handle returns management processes and CSR workflows.
• Manage flow of receiving faulty/excess material and returns to source.

What you will do

• Order Management
• Determine how, when and from where the required items will be delivered in order to meet customer requirement in a cost-efficient way.
• Register the incoming internal order and verify it to ensure that clarified order is booked.
• Ensure material requirements are generated to fulfil customer requests.
• Monitor the order to ensure all line items are confirmed, the order is acknowledged in a timely manner and ensure that it meets customer/project requirement.
• Assign products to network activities, ensure requirements are triggered and manage material availability confirmation.
• Analyze and cater to the change request from stakeholders.
• Ensure that outbound deliveries are ready for transportation in alignment with order acknowledgement and/or call-off request.
• Transport Management
• Optimize transport based on predefined choices and lead time requirement.
• Secure that shipments are executed as planned. From Logistic Service Provider (LSP) confirmation until physical goods delivery and Transport Service purchase order creation.
• The processing of invoices/credit notes related to PO and Non-PO and prepare the invoices/credit notes for payment.
• Return Management
• Create/register a Customer Service Request (CSR) Determine how and where to return.
• Select scenario and take decision to authorize or reject Customer Service Request (CSR)Determine how and where to return.
• Manage and control the flow of receiving faulty/excess material.
• Execution of return materials to the source as per Return Materials Authorization Instruction.
• Execution of repair order to initiate the repair work.
