CTP Machine Operator + Layouter

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience as a CTP Machine Operator, Layouter, or in a similar role within the packaging or printing industry.
2. Strong technical knowledge of CTP technology, digital file preparation, and plate production processes.
3. Familiarity with layout design principles and software (AI, CAD, etc.).
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure high-quality standards in plate preparation and layout.
5. Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform maintenance to minimize downtime.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production teams and designers.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
9. Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as required.
