CTO - Chief Technology Officer

Job Description

• A senior executive responsible for overseeing an organization's technological needs, strategies, and development.
• Reporting directly to the CEO or another top-level executive, the CTO plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technology vision, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
• The CTO collaborates closely with other C-suite members, department heads, and technology teams to drive technological advancements that align with the organization's business objectives.

Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in IT related education
2. Strong knowledge in IT banking/finance
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team management
4. Advanced knowledge about IT business & strategy
5. Strong awareness on IT Risk and Compliance
6. Experience in same position at least 2 years (General Manager)
