About the Role

Siloam Hospitals Group is committed to improving healthcare accessibility across Indonesia through our Papua CSR Program. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a pharmacy background to support and manage the operational aspects of this initiative. This position will be based at our Head Office in Karawaci, with occasional assignments to Papua.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational arrangements related to Papua clinic support, including:

  • Flight arrangements to and from interior Papua and home cities
  • Employee rotation scheduling among clinics
  • Employee movements and logistics coordination
  • Training coordination and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
  • BHP (medical consumables) and pharmacy restocking management
  • Report submissions and reimbursement processing
  • Coordinate medicine ordering, procurement, and timely delivery to clinics in Papua.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and clinic teams to ensure effective program execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding operational progress and supply chain status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare supply chain, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel to Papua approximately twice a year (with full company support).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Location: Head Office, Karawaci (Work From Office) | Field Visits to Papua (2x/year, fully covered)
