About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Crypto Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, with a strong focus on cryptocurrencies, having experience on trading, decentralized finance (DeFi), and/or on-chain analysis is a plus. This role involves analyzing market opportunities, developing, executing strategies, and collaborating with quantitative developers to drive success in the crypto space. Candidates with proven expertise in the crypto market are highly valued, with or without formal education in finance, economics, or computer science.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of cryptocurrency markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Analyze and evaluate potential opportunities in the crypto space, including new projects, tokens, and DeFi protocols.
• Create data-driven strategies to capitalize on market opportunities, leveraging insights from cryptocurrency data and market.
• Implement and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with market conditions and organizational goals.
• Continuously monitor and improve strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
• Work closely with quantitative developers and stakeholders to integrate cryptocurrency market data and technical models into actionable strategies.
• Stay updated on crypto market developments, DeFi innovations, and regulatory changes to ensure strategies remain relevant.
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in cryptocurrency markets with tangible results from past projects or initiatives (e.g., trading records, DeFi opportunity strategies, or on-chain research).
• Strong understanding of financial markets is a must, having knowledge on decentralized finance (DeFi) and/or on-chain analytics is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for exploring new opportunities, protocols, and trends in the crypto ecosystem.
• Preferably a background in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field. Formal education is a plus but not mandatory—proven expertise in the crypto market is prioritized.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with quantitative developers and data analysts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex market and on-chain data.
• Willing to work onsite in Batu, Malang.
