Job Description

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  2. Manage end-to-end CRM regional campaign execution, including planning, segmentation, automation, and customer engagement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Campaign, Creative, Product, and Tech) to drive successful CRM channel execution to support major marketing campaigns (e.g. BFCM, 12.12, CNY) and tactical campaign push.
  4. Develop regional CRM playbook and scalable processes to drive acquisition and retention tactics, adapted to fit local needs.
  5. Analyse campaign performance and use data and insights to identify and implement opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion rates at all stages of the customer’s lifecycle journey.
  6. Responsible for Push notifications/Email/in-App calendar management and A/B tests roadmap to improve customer retention.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on customer retention, loyalty programs, or lifecycle marketing within the OTA or e-commerce industry.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention strategies that drive measurable business results.
  3. Experience in CRM web marketing and in App, as well as loyalty marketing.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  7. Deep understanding of the OTA industry, including customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  8. Experience in budget management, with a focus on maximizing ROI and customer lifetime value.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and demands.
  10. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty.
