Job summary

SRKK Group is seeking a CRM Developer to design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and integrated business solutions that drive customer engagement and growth.

You will build customizations, automations, and integrations across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure, delivering scalable, reliable solutions that follow Microsoft best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales Hub) entities, forms, views, and rules.
• Proficient in building workflows, plugins, and integrations to automate business processes.
• Experience with Power Platform capabilities and API-based system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 customizations and related applications.

What You'll Do

CRM Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales Hub) and related business applications.
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, dashboards, and user experiences to support evolving business requirements.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, scripts, and solution enhancements to extend platform capabilities.

Power Platform Automation

• Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate and other Power Platform capabilities.
• Develop approval workflows, notifications, integrations, and productivity-enhancing automations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated processes to ensure reliability and performance.

System Integration & Data Management

• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Business Central, Customer Insights, and third-party applications.
• Work with APIs, connectors, web services, and data mapping processes to ensure seamless information flow.
• Support data governance initiatives by maintaining data integrity, consistency, and synchronization across systems.

Technical Solution Delivery

• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Deliver development work within agreed timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform technical testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution prior to deployment.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Produce and maintain technical documentation for solutions, integrations, workflows, and custom components.
• Support knowledge transfer activities and contribute to internal technical standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with Microsoft platform enhancements across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve customer solutions, delivery efficiency, and business outcomes.

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience in:

• 2) Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• 3) CRM customization and solution configuration
• 4) API integration and data synchronization
• 5) Business application development and automation

• 2-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform development.
• Strong experience building workflows, automations, and custom business solutions.
• Familiarity with integrating enterprise applications through APIs, connectors, and web services.
• Understanding of data management, governance, and system integration principles.
• Exposure to Customer Insights, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with consultants, business users, and technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
